Join do Premium Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms form an integral part of the Join do Terms of Service. By purchasing a Premium subscription you accept these Terms.
1. What is Premium?
Join do Premium is an auto-renewing digital subscription that grants unlimited use of features that are limited daily for free users, plus additional benefits.
2. Available Plans

3. Pricing
3.1 All prices are determined by Apple App Store and Google Play based on your country and currency.
3.2 The purchase screen (paywall) clearly displays the final price actually charged to the user, including any discount, introductory or campaign price.
3.3 Prices may be modified by Apple or Google with prior notice.
4. Introductory Offer
4.1 New or returning users may be offered a 50% discount on the first period through Apple's or Google's "Introductory Offer" mechanism.
4.2 The introductory price applies once per account; the same user cannot claim a new introductory price through a different authentication provider.
4.3 After the introductory period ends, the subscription renews at the standard price.
5. Behaviour-Based Campaign Discount
5.1 Join do may offer a time-limited campaign discount to users who exhibit specific usage behaviours, including the number of times the premium prompt has been viewed.
5.2 When activated, a countdown timer is displayed on the paywall. Standard pricing applies after expiry.
5.3 Campaign offers are personalised and may appear at different prices to different users at the same time. This practice is disclosed transparently on the paywall, in compliance with Apple Guideline 3.1.2.
6. Auto-Renewal
"Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal fee will be charged to your account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. To manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal, go to Account Settings after purchase."
7. Cancellation
7.1 You can cancel your subscription only on the platform where you purchased it:
- iOS (App Store): Settings → [Your Apple Account] → Subscriptions → Join do → Cancel
- Android (Google Play): Play Store → Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Join do → Cancel
7.2 Join do cannot intervene in cancellations made through App Store or Google Play.
7.3 Following cancellation, Premium features remain available until the end of the paid period.
8. Refunds
8.1 All refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies:

8.2 Join do does not have authority to issue refunds; please contact Apple or Google directly for refund requests.
8.3 In the Republic of Türkiye, the right of withdrawal in respect of digital content already supplied may be limited under the Distance Sales Regulation issued under Law No. 6502 (Consumer Protection Law); the Apple/Google refund policies prevail.
9. Family Sharing
Join do Premium cannot be shared via Apple Family Sharing. A separate subscription is required for each account.
10. Account Deletion and Active Subscription
10.1 If you delete your Join do account but do not separately cancel the subscription through App Store or Google Play, the subscription will continue to renew automatically.
10.2 It is the user's responsibility to cancel the subscription via App Store or Play Store before deleting the account.

Free users' daily limits reset every day at 03:00 Turkey time.
Premium members are shown with a Premium badge on their profile, which other users can also see.
On Premium, "high daily limit" refers to an anti-abuse ceiling that normal use does not reach. Join do reserves the right to modify the features and daily limits over time; changes are communicated in advance.
12. Tax
All prices are set by Apple App Store and Google Play; VAT, sales tax and other applicable taxes are included according to the local jurisdiction's tax rules administered by those platforms.
13. Promotional and Campaign Offers
Join do may offer special campaign offers to specific user segments from time to time. Offers may be delivered via:
- Apple's or Google's official promotional offer mechanism, or
- RevenueCat's dynamic pricing.
The validity period of an offer is shown on the paywall.
Premium granted through campaigns: Join do may grant free Premium for a limited time as part of specific campaigns (for example, to users who share their profile in an Instagram story tagging @joindo.app). Such grants are made manually by Join do, end automatically when the period is over, do not auto-renew and do not turn into a paid subscription. Join do reserves the right to change the campaign terms or end the campaign.
14. Disputes and Contact
These Subscription Terms are part of the Terms of Service; the governing law and jurisdiction provided in clause 19 of the Terms apply.
